I live 90 miles away from the house that she has listed for me and on numerous occasions when I was away or had a meeting I couldn't get out of or the snow was too high for me to drive the 90 miles Linda would go to the house and wait for a service person or check when the "freeze alarm" signaled that the heat went off.
